Spacious villa for 18 persons with private swimming pool

De Boerderij Hoeve is a beautiful vacation farmhouse located on a quiet and idyllic estate. This spacious accommodation has room for large groups and features all facilities you need to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

On the ground floor you'll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (140 cm wide) with two separate mattresses and a sink. The second bedroom also features a double bed (160 cm wide) with two separate mattresses, and features an ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. There also is a third bedroom with ensuite bathroom for disabled people, including modified facilities such as brackets next to the toilet, a shower chair, and a sink.

The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances you need, including an American-style fridge with freezer and ice machine, and induction stove with 6 hobs, and 2 dishwashers. There also is a comfortable seating area in the kitchen where you can get to gether.

On the ground floor there also is a cozy living room with electric fireplace, perfect to relax and catch up with your fellow guests. A separate toilet and covered patio of 8 x 4 meters complete the ground floor.

On the top floor at Boerderij Hoeve you'll find five more bedrooms. The first two bedrooms share a central bathroom with toilet. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (180 cm wide) with two separate mattresses. On the other side of the stairs you'll find another bedroom with double bed (180 cm wide) with two separate mattresses, a bathroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds (80 cm wide), and a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide).

Outside, enjoy the beautiful enclosed garden with a private heated outdoor pool (The heated outdoor pool is open weather-dependently. In the autumn and winter months, the pool is closed. If the temperature falls below 15 degrees, we may choose to keep the outdoor pool closed), a private sauna and a private hot tub. The expansive views provide a serene environment in which to relax. There are also eight parking spaces available, two of which have charging stations for electric vehicles.

Nature lovers can directly access the forest from the estate, so you can go on beautiful hikes and cycling tours. There are bikes and e-choppers available to rent for guests who want to explore the area. You can also order fresh bread rolls, which are freshly delivered by the baker each morning.

Even een weekendje weg in een rustige omgeving, met een grote groep mensen waarbij het huis zelf ook nog wat te bieden heeft, das niet zo makkelijk te vinden maar dit huis had het allemaal. 'S morgens in de hottub en sauna terwijl je uitkijkt over de weilanden, ja dat was echt genieten. 'S middags heerlijk gefietst in een prachtige omgeving zodat je moe maar voldaan kan genieten van alles wat het huis te bieden heeft zoals een prachtige grote keuken en woonkamer waar we ons als groep van 12 personen prima vermaakt hebben. En ja 's avonds toch nog maar even stiekem in de hottub gekropen onder een prachtige sterrenhemel (genieten in het kwadraat). En met zoveel kamers en badkamers/toiletten moet je elkaar 's morgens bijna zoeken. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf om even lekker los te komen van de dagelijkse drukte. Waren er dan geen negatieve dingen. Nou het water waarmee we ons buiten afkoelden na het saunabezoek was behoorlijk koud, maar wie maalt daarom.

Een heerlijk ruim huis, met verzorgde sanitair en slaapkamers! Fantastische keuken om met een grote groep samen te komen . Na een prachtige fietstocht op de hoge Veluwe maar ook een wandeling direct vanuit het huis het bos in, was het optimaal ontspannen in de sauna en hot up!! Een feestje en echt een weekend helemaal weg! Ook onze dank voor de fijne communicatie, snel en altijd behulpzaam.

Ruim opgezet en sfeervol ingericht. De sauna , hottub en zwembad waren super echt vakantie gevoel. Wandelen, vanuit het huis zo het bos in. Een mooie locatie om met de hele familie gezellig samen te zijn. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Het huis is enorm groot. Een heerlijk zwembad waarbij we enorm bofte met het weer. Een heerlijk terras met veel stoelen en voldoende ligstoelen naast het zwembad. Twee vaatwassers in de ruime keuken is prima. Een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder die snel problemen heeft opgeslokt. Al met al een geweldig vakantieverblijf om met een groot gezelschap door te brengen.

De ruimte, de rust, makkelijk erop uit. Dichtbij steden /dorpjes Mooi verblijf heerlijke wellness. Uitgebreide keukenapparatuur. We grepen net als thuis naar niks mis. Het uitzicht.
