• Location can be booked with preferential costs
• 2 bedrooms, 1 room on the ground floor and 1 sleeping area on the sleeping loft (accessible via a ladder)

(The living-bedroom has sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The other 2 sleeping places can be found on the sleeping loft in the living room, accessible via a ladder)

• Luxury open kitchen with built-in appliances
• Induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge-freezer (location TL071 and TL196 do not have a dishwasher)
• Living room with an electric fireplace (location TL025 does not have a fireplace)
• One bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower

• Pets allowed (max. 2) (Location TL101 is pet-free)

Special features

• The wood-fired hottub takes 3 to 4 hours to heat up. The wood will be ready for you upon arrival. You must be present when lighting the wood-fired hottub. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app.
   (Unfortunately, the hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.) 
• PLEASE NOTE: The hottub does not have a bubble function.
• The electric hot tub takes approximately 1.5 hours to heat up. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app. The electric hot tub will be ready for you upon arrival.
