Spacious and Luxurious Layout

The Veluwe Villa Wellness XL is divided into two fully equipped homes, each with its own living space, kitchen, and dining area. This includes:

• Two cozy living rooms, both featuring a Smart TV with streaming function and plenty of natural light thanks to the characteristic bay windows.
• Two fully equipped kitchens, including high-end built-in appliances such as a Quooker, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combination.
• Two covered verandas with a Luxury Kamado BBQ (slow cooking) and direct access to the beautifully landscaped garden.
• Two dining areas, but no option to seat 24 people at a single table.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Ensuite Bathrooms

The villa offers a total of ten bedrooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms for optimal privacy and convenience. The layout is as follows:

• Ground floor: Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
• First floor: Six bedrooms, two of which have bunk beds, all with ensuite bathrooms.
• One of the villas (1B) is adapted for guests with disabilities, featuring accessible bathrooms.
• Additionally, there are two extra separate toilets.

One of the two villas (1B) is wheelchair accessible. On the ground floor, one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an adapted toilet. There is a stair lift to the wellness area, and a wheelchair is available in the wellness space. The pool is equipped with a mobile hoist, and the shower and toilet on the ground floor are also adapted.
