In addition to the General Terms and Conditions and RECRON terms.

These park rules form an integral part of the rental agreement and apply to all guests and visitors. Compliance is mandatory.

In case of violation, disturbance, or failure to follow staff instructions, access may be denied immediately without refund.

1. Nature and duration of stay

• The park is for recreational use only.
• Use for work, staff housing, or business purposes is not allowed.
• The accommodation may not be used as temporary housing.
• Maximum stay is three (3) consecutive weeks.
• Circumventing this via multiple bookings is prohibited.
• Violation may result in termination without refund.

2. Peace and behavior

• Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00. No noise or parties.
• Events only with written permission.
• Staff instructions must be followed.

3. Occupancy and use

• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.
• Subletting is not allowed.
• Recreational use only.

4. Safety and fire prevention

• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Cleaning costs may be charged.
• No deep fryers or indoor grills.
• Gas BBQ only if permitted.
• No open fires.
• Charge EVs only at stations.
• No tampering with installations.

5. Fireworks

Fireworks are prohibited. Violation may result in removal.

6. Traffic and parking

• Walking speed only.
• Pedestrians have priority.
• Cars allowed 07:00–23:00.
• No playing on parking areas.

7. Drones

• Only allowed with permission.

8. Swimming pool

• Use at own risk.
• No supervision.
• Parents responsible.
• No liability for loss/damage.

9. Water features

• Entering is prohibited.

10. Playgrounds

• For children only.
• Use at own risk.

11. Pets

• Only if agreed in advance.
• Not on furniture.
• Must be on a leash.
• Clean up after pets.

12. Accommodation use

• Report damage immediately.
• No moving furniture.
• No tents (except small play tents).
• No nudism.

13. Waste

• Separate waste.
• Paper, glass, organic and residual waste.

14. Liability

• Guests are liable for damage.
• Access allowed in emergencies.
• No liability except in cases of gross negligence.

15. Final provision

In cases not covered, park management decides.
