• 2 bedrooms, 1 room on the ground floor and 1 sleeping area on the sleeping loft (accessible via a ladder) 

(The living-bedroom has sleeping accommodation for 2 people. The other 2 sleeping places can be found on the sleeping loft in the living room, accessible via a ladder)

• Luxury open kitchen with built-in appliances 
• Induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge-freezer 
• Living room with an electric fireplace 
• One bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower 
• Water-saving shower head 
• Private parking space at the house

Special features 

• The wood-fired hottub takes 3 to 4 hours to heat up. The wood will be ready for you upon arrival. You must be present when lighting the wood-fired hottub. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app.
   (Unfortunately, the hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.) 
• PLEASE NOTE: The hottub does not have a bubble function.
• The sauna takes 1 to 2 hours to heat up. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app.
• The electric hot tub takes approximately 1.5 hours to heat up. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app. The electric hot tub will be ready for you upon arrival.
   (Unfortunately, the hot tub cannot be used on the day of departure.)
