The Heide Lodge with Sauna | 6 persons is a detached, single-storey lodge that immediately makes you feel at home. Generously laid out, sustainably built and stylishly furnished for six persons across three bedrooms, each with comfortable box spring beds. One bedroom has two beds placed together, one has two beds apart and the third has a bunk bed, making it easy to sleep comfortably as a family or with a mixed group. The living room invites you to settle in, with an electric feature fireplace, a large corner sofa and a Smart TV with streaming. Outside, a furnished terrace and an enclosed garden with fencing of approximately 90 centimetres await, perfect if you are travelling with dogs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and a kettle. After cooking you gather around the dining table and enjoy a relaxed meal together. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a water-saving showerhead and a toilet. Bedrooms and bathroom have electric heating, while the air conditioning in the living space can also be used for warmth. Free WiFi, bed linen and a private parking space are included. And then there is the private sauna: your own quiet moment after a day spent outdoors.

Park Berkenrhode: small-scale and welcoming in the heart of nature

Park Berkenrhode is a small-scale holiday park on the edge of the forest where tranquillity and genuine hospitality come first. The park is deliberately kept intimate, so you never feel like one of many but simply enjoy the surroundings at your own pace. From the park you step straight into nature for a walk or a cycle ride. Bikes are available to hire on site, including e-choppers and electric scooters. After a day outdoors, Brasserie Luwe is the perfect place for a good meal or a relaxed drink right on the park. You will also find a heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor playgrounds for the children, a launderette, a Dog Wash and a breakfast and bread roll service for a carefree morning.

Park Berkenrhode sits on the edge of the Veluwe, one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands. Here you alternate paved paths with sandy forest tracks, discover heathlands that turn purple in summer and hear the kind of morning silence that city life rarely offers. Whether you choose a quiet stroll, a long bike ride or simply sitting outside while the trees sway gently in the breeze, the nature here leaves a mark. Every season gives the landscape a different feel, and every time you leave it seems too soon.
