The Heide Lodge with Hottub & Sauna | 4 Persons is a detached, sustainably built lodge where the care that went into every detail is immediately noticeable. Stylishly designed, completely off the gas grid, and equipped with its own private Hottub and sauna in the garden. Perfect for four persons who want to combine nature with comfort, without compromising on either. The lodge spans 55 m² and features two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, a spacious living room with an electric feature fireplace and TV, and an open-plan kitchen with all the built-in appliances you need. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. A thoughtful touch: the showerhead is water-saving, in keeping with the eco-friendly character of the lodge.

The garden is where this lodge truly comes into its own. With a private Hottub, a sauna and a generously furnished terrace, there is every reason to stay outside as long as possible. Air conditioning keeps the lodge comfortable on warmer nights, while the bedrooms and bathroom have electric heating. The kitchen comes with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and a fridge-freezer. In short, everything you need for a relaxed stay. Pets are welcome at most locations, with the exception of WL028, HL014 and HL190, which are pet-free. Please note: the garden layout, interior design and colour scheme may vary slightly between lodges. The standard of comfort and finish is the same across all locations.

Park Berkenrhode: where small-scale feels special

Park Berkenrhode is a small, intimate holiday park at the edge of the Veluwe forest, where tranquillity and genuine hospitality come together. The limited number of accommodations means it never feels crowded. From your lodge, you can step straight into nature for a walk or a cycle through the woods. Bikes are available to hire on site, so you can explore the Veluwe landscape without needing your own transport. After an active day, Brasserie Luwe, the park's welcoming restaurant, is the perfect place for a long lunch, an evening drink or a relaxed dinner. A breakfast and bread roll delivery service is also available. With a heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor play areas and practical facilities such as a launderette and Dog Wash, the park takes care of everything you need for a carefree stay.

Veluwe: nature starts right outside your door

The Veluwe is one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands, with vast forests, open heathlands and diverse wildlife. Walk among oak and pine trees, cycle along quiet sandy tracks and breathe in the crisp forest air. Every season brings its own atmosphere: the soft purple haze of heather in bloom during summer, the warm amber tones of the autumn forest, the still white mornings of winter and the fresh green of early spring. From Park Berkenrhode, you step directly into this landscape, no detours, no car parks, just out the door and into the woods.

• Electric Hottub (location HL091): heating time approximately 1.5 hours. The Hottub will already be switched on upon arrival. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app
• The Hottub does not have a bubble function
• The Hottub cannot be used on the day of departure
• The sauna requires 1 to 2 hours to heat up. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app
