(1 room 2 beds together and 1 room 2 beds apart)

• Spacious living room with an electric fireplace and a TV
• One bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower
• Water-saving shower head
• Spacious furnished terrace with private parking

• Air conditioning which can also heat

Special features

• The wood-fired hottub takes 3 to 4 hours to heat up. The wood will be ready for you upon arrival. You must be present when lighting the wood-fired hottub. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app.
   (Unfortunately, the hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.) 
• PLEASE NOTE: The hottub does not have a bubble function.

• The electric hot tub takes approximately 1.5 hours to heat up. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app. The electric hot tub will be ready for you upon arrival.
  (Unfortunately, the hot tub cannot be used on the day of departure.)
• PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub does not have a bubble function.

• The sauna takes 1 to 2 hours to heat up. Instructions can be found in our Berkenrhode app.
