Some places just feel right from the moment you walk in. The Heide Lodge | 2 persons is a detached holiday home for two, located at pitch B43 at the edge of the park. One of the first things you will notice is that the lodge is fully sustainable and completely off gas. Better for the environment, and you will not miss a thing in terms of comfort. The 55 m² feel well cared for and calm, which is exactly how a holiday should start.

The bedroom has two single boxspring beds placed side by side, so you can sleep exactly as you prefer. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge-freezer. After a day outdoors, the walk-in shower is a welcome finish. Outside, a spacious furnished terrace invites you to slow down, with your own parking space right next to the lodge. Dogs are very welcome, up to two at a time.

Park Berkenrhode: small-scale and genuinely hospitable

Park Berkenrhode is not your average holiday park. It is a carefully managed, small-scale park on the edge of the forest, where tranquillity and genuine hospitality go hand in hand. From your lodge you can step straight into nature: walking and cycling routes start right outside. Bikes are available for rent on the park. After an active day, Brasserie Luwe is a welcoming spot for lunch, drinks or dinner. The park also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, a Dog Wash, outdoor playgrounds and a launderette. A breakfast and bread roll service is available too.

Veluwe: forests, heathland and open air all around

The Veluwe is one of the greenest areas in the Netherlands, and you feel it the moment you arrive. Vast forests, open heathlands and sand drifts follow one another in a natural rhythm. Birdsong in the morning, cycling through the woods by day, and the warm glow of heather in the evening light. Every season gives this landscape a different character, from fresh spring greens to quiet, clear winter days. The Veluwe simply invites you to slow down and rediscover what being outside can feel like.
