Waking up by the water in a lodge that stays with you

Imagine stepping out onto your terrace in the morning, coffee in hand, looking out over the still water of the pond. The Bos Lodge is situated at location BL023, a freestanding lodge right at the waterside, combining a warm and contemporary interior with a calm atmosphere that puts you at ease from the moment you arrive. Designed by an architect, with attention to every detail, this is the ideal retreat for four or five persons who want to enjoy their holiday without compromise.

Inside, you are welcomed by a spacious living area with a large corner sofa and a cosy fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave and an L'OR Barista coffee machine for quiet moments. There are two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, one room with two beds placed together and one room with a bunk bed and a separate single bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. Outside, a furnished terrace with an awning invites you to sit back, and the Hottub is waiting after a day spent exploring the outdoors. Air conditioning, free WiFi, Smart TV with streaming and a private parking space are also included. Two pets are welcome.

Park Berkenrhode: small-scale, welcoming and surrounded by nature

Park Berkenrhode is a small, carefully considered holiday park at the edge of the forest, where tranquillity and genuine hospitality go hand in hand. This is not a large, anonymous resort but a place where you immediately feel that thought has gone into every detail. Walking and cycling routes start almost right at your doorstep. Bike rental and e-choppers are available for those who want to explore the surroundings on two wheels. Brasserie Luwe is the atmospheric spot on the park for breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner, including sharing boards and a breakfast and roll delivery service. The park also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor playgrounds, a launderette, a cafeteria, a Dog Wash, and scooter and electric scooter rental.

Veluwe: where the forest sets the pace

The area surrounding Park Berkenrhode invites you to slow down. Forests, open heathland and quiet paths alternate with each season. In autumn everything turns warm shades of orange and red, while spring fills the forest with freshness and new energy. Deer appearing at the treeline, birdsong in the early morning: it is the small moments that make a stay in the Veluwe so memorable. On foot or by bike, you discover a different side of this remarkable natural landscape every time.

• The Hottub requires 1.5 days to reach temperature. Use on the day of arrival and departure is unfortunately not possible.

• A maximum of 2 pets are welcome.
• Smoking, using a grill fondue set and fondue are not permitted in the Bos Lodge.
• Self check-in available.
