Why this AFM banner?

The Authority for Financial Markets (AFM) monitors the financial markets: regarding savings, insurance, pensions and loans. It is important that the financial markets function on a basis of trust. And that the markets work in a clear and honest manner. It is not mandatory for enterprises to have a license. When an enterprise does not meets its obligations, it gets registered with AFM.

When an enterprise does meet its obligations, but does not have a license, it has to provide a notice of this with its expressions in the form of an AFM banner.
