Independent check-in 🔑

Welcome to Berkenrhode, where we take your vacation experience to the next level with modern conveniences and digitizations! With us, you will no longer have to stand in line at the front desk or worry about keeping a physical key. Some homes have a smart lock so you can open the door using your phone. Prior to your arrival, your reservation must be paid in full and the license plate number of your car must be provided in your 'My environment'.

    No lines

    Thanks to our digital keys, you will no longer have to wait at the reception desk. Upon arrival, drive straight to your vacation rental and start enjoying all the comforts and amenities waiting for you right away.

 
    Independence

    The freedom to decide when to arrive, even late at night. Don't worry about reception opening hours, because our digital keys allow you to arrive anytime after 3:00 p.m. and follow your own vacation schedule.

 
    Simple and fast

    No lines and no paperwork. Everything you need, you will receive in your email and it can be found in our handy app. Follow the easy steps and start your vacation adventure without worry!

 
    Preference

    Wondering which homes have smart locks? If so, filter our Search & Book page by 'Independent check-in' and book your preferred property.

    If you have no preference, but your vacation rental is equipped with a smart lock, you will receive an email prior to your arrival containing information about independent check-in options.
