The Tiny Lodge with Hottub & Sauna | 4 Persons is a detached holiday home that draws you in the moment you arrive. French doors and a veranda bring the outside world closer, and the atmosphere is exactly what you were hoping for: calm, warm and well looked after. At 44 m², the lodge is compact but cleverly designed, sustainably built and fully off the gas grid. It sleeps up to four guests, with a bedroom on the ground floor and a sleeping loft in the living area, reached by a ladder. Outside, your own garden is waiting with a Hottub and sauna, and that combination feels like a quiet luxury every single evening.

Inside you will find an open kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge-freezer. The living room features an electric fireplace that adds a cosy glow on cooler evenings, and there is air conditioning for warm summer days. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a water-saving showerhead. Outside, the canopy with a hanging chair is there for those moments when doing nothing is the plan. Your own parking space is right beside the lodge. Pets are welcome, up to two, with the exception of Tiny Lodge TL124.

Park Berkenrhode: small-scale, personal and surrounded by nature

Park Berkenrhode is not your average holiday park. It is small, quiet and designed with genuine care for the people staying there. Nestled in the forests of the Veluwe, it has the feeling of coming home, only better. Walking and cycling routes start right from the park, and you can also hire an e-chopper, electric scooter or mobility scooter for a different way to explore the surroundings. Brasserie Luwe is the place for breakfast, lunch or a relaxed drink at the end of the day. The park also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, children's playgrounds, a launderette, Dog Wash and a breakfast and bread roll service.

Veluwe: where the outdoors feels like a natural part of the day

The Veluwe is one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands, and you are right in the middle of it. Endless forests, open heathlands, sand drifts and rich wildlife create a setting that changes with every season. Autumn brings colour to the trees, winter feels still and crisp, spring lets everything breathe again. Walking and cycling are the most natural ways to take it all in, and from Park Berkenrhode you step straight into the landscape.

• The lodge is fully off the gas grid and sustainably built.
• There are two sleeping areas: a bedroom on the ground floor for 2 persons and a sleeping loft in the living room for 2 persons, reached by a ladder.
• The canopy has a hanging chair. There is no storage room.
• Pets are allowed, maximum 2, except for Tiny Lodge TL124 (pet-free).
• This location can be booked with preferential costs.
• Garden layout, interior furnishings and colour scheme may differ from the images shown on the website. The level of comfort is the same across all lodges.
• Wood-fired Hottub: heating takes 3 to 4 hours. Firewood is ready for you on arrival. Your presence is required when lighting the fire. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app. The Hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.
• Electric Hottub: heating takes approximately 1.5 hours. On arrival the Hottub will already be switched on. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app. The Hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.
• The Hottub does not have a bubble function.
• The sauna takes 1 to 2 hours to heat up. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app.

Our accommodation is exclusively intended for recreational use. This means we only welcome guests who are staying here for vacation, relaxation or tourist purposes. Work-related stays, such as business trips, temporary housing for employees or stays related to work activities, are not permitted. By making a reservation, you agree to this condition. If it turns out that the stay has a work-related nature, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
