You close the door behind you, set down your bag and take a breath. The Tiny Lodge with Hottub | 4 persons is designed exactly as an outdoor stay should be: compact, considered and with everything you need. The French doors and the veranda with hanging chair bring the surroundings effortlessly inside. The lodge is completely off-grid in terms of gas and built with sustainability in mind, without any compromise on comfort. Air conditioning, a Smart TV with streaming, a Nespresso machine and an induction hob are all ready to go the moment you arrive. The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with built-in appliances, including a combination microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a water-saving showerhead and a toilet. Everything is practical and well considered.
The lodge sleeps four persons, spread across two sleeping areas. On the ground floor you will find the living and sleeping room for two persons, while the other two beds are on the sleeping loft, reached by a ladder. In the evening you fire up the Hottub, and while the water slowly heats up you switch on the electric feature fireplace. Outside, the terrace with outdoor furniture is waiting, and once the water is up to temperature, you sink in under the open sky. Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of two. There is a private parking space right beside the lodge. Please note: the lodge has no storage room.
Park Berkenrhode: small-scale, welcoming and surrounded by nature
Park Berkenrhode is a small-scale holiday park on the edge of the forest, where peace is not an afterthought but the very foundation. The park is well kept and thoughtfully managed, with attention to the small details that make a stay more enjoyable. From your lodge you can step straight into the greenery for a walk or a bike ride. Bikes are available to hire on site. After an active day, Brasserie Luwe is there for a leisurely lunch, a drink or a relaxed dinner. You can also order breakfast or a roll service so your morning starts quietly. The park also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, a launderette, outdoor playgrounds, a cafeteria and a Dog Wash for your dog. For those who want to explore further, e-choppers, electric scooters and mobility scooters are available through the park.
Veluwe: being outside feels completely natural here
Park Berkenrhode sits on the edge of the Veluwe, one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands. Here you alternate forest paths with open heathlands, cycle through quiet lanes and encounter wildlife where you least expect it. In spring everything turns green, in summer the breeze moves through the treetops, in autumn the paths are carpeted with leaves and in winter the forest has its own quiet magic. Walking and cycling happen naturally here. You do not need to plan anything; you simply step outside and the nature does the rest.

- The Tiny Lodge with Hottub | 4 Persons is completely gas-free (sustainable, eco accommodation).
- This location can be booked with preferential costs.
- The living and sleeping room on the ground floor sleeps 2 persons. The sleeping loft in the living area, accessible via a ladder, sleeps a further 2 persons.
- Locations TL071 and TL196 do not have a dishwasher.
- Locations TL025, TL100 and TL101 do not have an electric feature fireplace.
- The lodge has no storage room.
- Pets are welcome, maximum 2. Location TL101 is pet-free.
- Wood-fired Hottub: heating takes 3 to 4 hours. Wood is ready and waiting on arrival. Your presence is required when lighting the Hottub. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app.
- Electric Hottub: heating takes approximately 1.5 hours. The Hottub will already be switched on when you arrive. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app.
- The Hottub has no bubble function, regardless of type.
- The Hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.
