The Forest Bungalow with Hottub & Sauna | 6 persons is a semi-detached holiday home for six where relaxation truly comes first. The private wellness facilities in the garden make all the difference: depending on the location, you step into a wood-fired or electric Hottub, while the sauna is ready and waiting inside. The home is comfortably and completely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, induction hob and combi microwave, a spacious living area with French doors opening onto the terrace, and a welcoming dining and seating area. Boxspring beds, air conditioning and free WiFi ensure everyone is well looked after, whether you are travelling with family or friends.

Outside, a generously furnished terrace and a woodland garden invite you to slow down and breathe. Some locations feature a fully enclosed garden, which is especially convenient if you are bringing the dog, as up to two pets are welcome. The homes are available at locations BB002, BB003, BB011, BB012 and BB014, each with its own layout and character. BB002 is adapted for guests with reduced mobility on the ground floor and includes a second bathroom. BB003, BB011 and BB014 also have a second bathroom and an enclosed garden. Two parking spaces are available per location. The interior, colour scheme and garden layout may differ from the images shown on the website, but the level of comfort is the same throughout.

Park Berkenrhode: small-scale, green and genuinely welcoming

Park Berkenrhode is a small, carefully tended holiday park on the edge of the Veluwse forests, where tranquillity and genuine hospitality go hand in hand. The park is intimate and well-maintained, with enough space for everyone without the feel of a crowded resort. You can walk or cycle straight into nature from your front door, and for those who prefer to unwind on site, Brasserie Luwe welcomes you for a relaxed lunch, a sharing board in the late afternoon or a proper dinner. The park also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, bicycle hire, e-chopper and electric scooter rental, a cafeteria, outdoor playgrounds, a launderette, a Dog Wash and even a breakfast and bread roll delivery service. Everything you need is close by, nothing feels excessive.

Veluwe: forests, heathland and open air

The Veluwe is one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands, and you are right in the heart of it. Vast forests alternate with open heathlands, sandy drifts and quiet forest paths where you can cycle or hike for hours without retracing your steps. In spring the roadsides come alive with colour, in summer light filters through the canopy, and in autumn everything transforms into shades of orange and amber. Nature is vivid here: deer along the path, birds calling from the treetops, and the scent of pine needles in the air. Those looking for peace will find it here without even trying.

• BB003, BB011 and BB012 are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
• Wood-fired Hottub (BB011, BB012, BB014): heating time 3 to 4 hours. Firewood is ready at arrival. Your presence is required when lighting the fire. Instructions available in the Berkenrhode app.
• Electric Hottub (BB002, BB003): heating time approximately 1.5 hours. The Hottub will already be switched on at arrival. Instructions available in the Berkenrhode app.
• The Hottub does not have a bubble function.
• The Hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.
• The sauna takes 1 to 2 hours to heat up. Instructions available in the Berkenrhode app.
• Maximum 2 pets allowed.
• Smoking, raclette grilling and fondue are not permitted in the Forest Bungalow with Hottub & Sauna | 6 persons.
