That is how a stay in the Berken Lodge met Sauna | 4 personen begins. This detached lodge accommodates four guests and combines a warm, well-appointed interior with the comfort of a private sauna. The property is completely gas-free and built with sustainability in mind, without compromising on homeliness. At 55 m², there is plenty of room to enjoy your stay together, whether you are travelling as a couple or with family.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and a fridge-freezer, everything you need for a relaxed stay. The spacious living room features an electric decorative fireplace that instantly creates atmosphere on a cool evening. Two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds ensure a good night's sleep: one room with two beds pushed together, one room with two separate beds. The bathroom includes a toilet and a generous walk-in shower with a water-saving showerhead. Outside, a well-furnished terrace invites you to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink in the forest air. The lodge has its own parking space and is pet-friendly for up to two animals.
Park Berkenrhode: intimate, welcoming and surrounded by woodland
Park Berkenrhode sits at the edge of the Veluwe forests and has been deliberately kept small-scale. No crowds, just a place where peace and genuine hospitality set the tone. Walking and cycling routes start right from the park. Hire a bicycle, e-chopper or electric scooter from the on-site rental service and explore the surroundings at your own pace. After an active day, Brasserie Luwe is the perfect spot for lunch, a sharing board or a relaxed dinner. The park also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool, outdoor playgrounds, a launderette, breakfast and roll delivery, a cafeteria and a Dog Wash for your four-legged companions.
Veluwe: where the forest sets the pace
The Veluwe is one of the most beautiful natural areas in the Netherlands, and you feel it the moment you arrive. Vast forests, open heathlands and sand drifts shift with the seasons. Early mornings are quiet, broken only by birdsong. In autumn, everything turns amber and gold. In summer, sunlight filters softly through the canopy. The nature here asks nothing of you, except to slow down and take it all in.

- The garden layout, interior arrangement and colour scheme may differ from the images shown on the website. The standard of comfort is the same at all locations.
- The sauna takes 1 to 2 hours to reach temperature. You switch it on yourself using the instructions in the Berkenrhode app.
- The outdoor fireplace is a decorative feature and may not be used.
- Pets are welcome, maximum 2.
- Smoking, using a grill table (gourmet set) and fondue are not permitted in the Berken Lodge met Sauna | 4 personen.

Work-related stays, such as business trips, temporary housing for employees or stays related to work activities, are not permitted.
