Berken Lodge | 4 personen: arrive, unpack and breathe in the forest air

You pull into the park, park the car right next to the lodge and before you know it you are standing on your own terrace with a coffee in hand. The Berken Lodge is a detached holiday home for four people, designed to make you feel at ease straight away. Inside, an open living space with an electric fireplace welcomes you on cooler evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and a fridge-freezer. No gas, no hassle: the lodge is fully sustainable and gas-free.

At 55 m², the lodge is pleasantly spacious for two couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms with comfortable single beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a well-furnished terrace where you can sit outside a little longer in the evening. A Smart TV with streaming and free WiFi take care of the nights when you just want to do nothing. Bringing the dog along? No problem at all. You are very welcome with up to two pets, depending on the location you choose.

Park Berkenrhode: small-scale, welcoming and surrounded by greenery

Park Berkenrhode is anything but an anonymous holiday park. It feels personal, calm and small-scale, exactly as it should be. The park sits at the edge of the forest and has everything you need for a carefree stay: a heated outdoor swimming pool, bike rental, a launderette and a Dog Wash for your four-legged companion. Start the day with a breakfast or bread roll service and end the afternoon with a sharing board at Brasserie Luwe, the cosy brasserie on the park. Or settle in for a proper dinner in the evening. Everything is close by, without ever feeling busy.

Veluwe: forests, heathland and fresh air at their finest

The Veluwe is the kind of environment where you naturally slow down. You move more calmly, more mindfully, and spend far more time outside. Forests and heathlands stretch out around you, the walking and cycling trails are endlessly varied and every season gives the landscape a different character. Rent an e-chopper or electric scooter from the park and explore the surroundings at your own pace. Or simply head out with a backpack and come back with a healthy appetite. That is the Veluwe at its best.

• Pets allowed (max. 2), except in property BL087, which is a pet-free location
• The outdoor fireplace is decorative and not suitable for use
• Smoking, gourmet grilling and fondue are not permitted inside the lodge

Our accommodation is exclusively intended for recreational use. This means we only welcome guests who are staying here for vacation, relaxation or tourist purposes. Work-related stays, such as business trips, temporary housing for employees or stays related to work activities, are not permitted. By making a reservation, you agree to this condition. If it turns out that the stay has a work-related nature, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
