Information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19)

On this page, we will keep you up to date about the situation at Park Berkenrhode. Park Berkenrhode is still open. You are more than welcome. However, we've taken the following measures. 

For all guests with a stay before April 6th

Check-in and check-out procedure at Park Berkenrhode:

When you check in, you will receive an envelope with a map to find your holiday home, a card for the barrier with an explanation, and of course the keys to the house. We will prepare all the information in the house that you need during your stay.

All arrivals need to be paid beforehand.
There also is a possibility to check in using the key safe.

Checking out will be done by means of the mailbox on the left of the reception door. We retrieve the keys and barrier passes from here (they are registered by name) and clean them before they're used again. If you have questions or remarks, please send us an email at info@berkenrhode.nl 

Facilities 

Our Le Grand Café prepared meals and snacks, which can be delivered at your house or picked up from the snack counter from Thursday through Friday from 4 to 8 PM. Our employee will carry a POS terminal for payments. Check out our menu on the website.

The Reception is simply staffed, but we would like to ask you to try and send us your questions as much as possible by email.

Rebooking to a different arrival period

Stays before April 6th

If your arrival date is before April 6th, 2020, you are still more than welcome! We do understand that you might want to rebook to a different period. If there's a price difference between the present and new booking, the difference will be settled. Cancelling your booking is not possible. You don't know the new date for your holiday yet? In this case, you will receive a voucher for your next stay. The voucher is only valid for bookings with an arrival date in 2020, made through www.berkenrhode.nl. After booking, you can send the voucher by email, after which it will be deducted from the booking amount.

Stays after April 6th

So far, there have not been messages from the government that would require cancellation and/or rebooking. We do understand that you might want to rebook to a different period. If you have symptoms of coronavirus, we do ask you not to book a holiday. If you already have a booking, we would ask you to rebook. This is to ensure the health of our other guests and our staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Precautions

Park Berkenrhode follows the recommendations of the health authorities and follows the developments regarding the coronavirus closely. At Park Berkenrhode, we respect strict health standards in accordance with the applicable rules. We encourage our guests to respect the usual instructions: wash your hands regularly, cough in your elbow, use disposable tissues and keep 1.5 m distance from other people.
