B&G Catering operates from its own artisanal butcher shop in Harskamp: Uw Slager ’t Pleintje. Here, they go about their work with attention to quality, origin, and taste. The meat is prepared using traditional methods and carefully selected, with conscious choices for products such as Beef Best, Pork Best, and Farm Chicken.
The butcher shop has been well-known in the region for years and was awarded the 'Butcher with a Star' designation, a recognition of quality, service, and craftsmanship. This attention to quality shows in every BBQ dish.
